The European Association of Taiwan Studies (EATS) will hold its 11th annual conference on 30 April-2 May 2014 at the University of Portsmouth. Themed on ‘Taiwan: Self vs. Other’, the conference invites papers examining how Taiwan perceives and projects itself to its domestic as well as international audiences.
