【活動宣傳】臺、法、加三校跨國Winter School課程招生

一、辦理目的：
為推動臺灣研究之國際化，強化跨國高等教育與公共政策領域之交流合作，本校國際臺灣學研究中心（NTNU, Centre international des études taïwanaises）與法國國立東方語言與文化學院（Inalco）及加拿大國立政府行政學院（L’École nationale d’administration publique, ENAP）共同規劃辦理「臺、法、加三校跨國 Winter School 課程」。

此課程旨在透過三校之專業師資與研究資源，提供參與者對於臺灣於國際政治架構下之角色定位、國際經濟體系之互動機制，以及當代外交策略模式等議題之深度理解。藉由跨國教學模式，促進學生從多元視角進行比較研究，並培養其分析區域與全球局勢的能力。

透過本次合作，期能建構長期且具制度性的海外研習與學術連結平台，拓展臺灣於國際學術場域中的能見度，並促進三校於公共政策、國際關係與臺灣研究等領域之整合與交流。

三、執行單位：國立臺灣師範大學國際臺灣學研究中心

四、參與對象：國立臺灣師範大學學生(名額10位，將經執行單位篩選，以能力相符者優先錄取)

五、報名期間：即日起至114年12月31日

六、活動時間：115年2月2日（一）至 115年2月6日(五)

七、活動地點：臺師大和平校區文學院大樓二樓樸201教室(暫定)

09:30 – 10:45: Introduction: What is diplomacy? (Mme Allès)
11:00 – 12:15: Paradiplomacy: global perspective (M Paquin)
14:00 – 17:00: Collaborative exercise: International negotiation on foreign interference (team)

Fabruary 3th – Tuesday (classes and workshop)
09:00 – 10:30: International diplomatic law: frameworks, developments and challenges (–TBC)
10:45 – 12:15: Public diplomacy and international communication (NTNU)
13:30 – 15:00: cultural diplomacy in a multipolar world : Taïwan’s example (NTNU -Chan-yueh LIU)
15:15 – 17:00: The written art of diplomacy: writing techniques and diplomatic communication (Taïwan and French diplomats sharing good pratices– Monsieur Lee et Monsieur Josué Serres)

10:45 – 12:15: Economic diplomacy in the age of de-globalization (Monsieur Huchet)
