【活動宣傳】臺、法、加三校跨國Winter School課程招生

一、辦理目的：
為推動臺灣研究之國際化，本校國際臺灣學研究中心（NTNU, Centre international des études taïwanaises）與法國國立東方語言與文化學院（Inalco）、加拿大國立政府行政學院（L’École nationale d’administration publique, ENAP）共同辦理「臺、法、加三校跨國 Winter School 課程」。本課程提供具高度學術專業、跨國師資陣容，由學術領袖與政策實務專家共同授課，包括：

• 法國國立東方語言與文化學院（INALCO）副校長 Allès Delphine

• 法國國立東方語言與文化學院（INALCO）臺灣學研究主任劉展岳

• 法國在台協會學術合作暨文化處處長 Josué Serres

• 國立成功大學政治學系鍾燊豪助理教授 (待確認)

• 遠景基金會執行長賴怡忠

課程將從國際政治、公共政策與外交實務等多重視角，深入探討臺灣在國際政治架構與全球治理中的角色，並透過跨國教學與交流，培養學員之比較分析能力與國際視野。期許透過本次 Winter School，學員不僅能與國際頂尖師資直接互動，亦可建立跨國學術與政策網絡，為未來研究與實務發展奠定基礎。

四、參與對象：國內各大專校院在學大學生(名額10位，將經執行單位篩選，以能力相符者優先錄取)

五、報名期間：即日起至115年1月15日

六、活動時間：115年2月2日（一）至 115年2月6日(五)

七、活動地點：臺師大和平校區文學院大樓二樓樸201教室(暫定)

Fabruary 2nd – Monday (classes and workshop)
09:00 – 09:30: Opening and welcome address
09:30 – 10:45: Introduction: What is diplomacy? (Mme Allès)
11:00 – 12:15: Paradiplomacy: global perspective (M Paquin)
14:00 – 17:00: Collaborative exercise: International negotiation on foreign interference (team)

Fabruary 3th – Tuesday (classes and workshop)
09:00 – 10:30: International diplomatic law: frameworks, developments and challenges (–TBC)
10:45 – 12:15: Public diplomacy and international communication (NTNU)
13:30 – 15:00: cultural diplomacy in a multipolar world : Taïwan’s example (NTNU -Chan-yueh LIU)
15:15 – 17:00: The written art of diplomacy: writing techniques and diplomatic communication (Taïwan and French diplomats sharing good pratices– Monsieur Lee et Monsieur Josué Serres)

Fabruary 4th – Wednesday (classes)
09:00 – 10:30: Diplomacy in the age of civilizational narratives (Mme Allès)
10:45 – 12:15: Economic diplomacy in the age of de-globalization (Monsieur Huchet)
13:30 – 15:00: Diplomacy across the Taiwan Strait: issues and challenges (NTNU)
15:15 – 17:00: Taiwan Studies Development and Diplomacy : Global Network and Challege (NTNU)

Fabruary 5th – Thursday (fieldtrips)
09:00 – 12:00: Visit and exchange at the Legislative Yuan (Taiwanese Parliament)
14:00 – 17:00: Visit to Taiwan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Fabruary 6th – Friday (fieldtrips)
09:00 – 12:00: Visit to the Franch Office In Taipei
14:00 – 16:30: Visit tor the Canadian trade office in Taipei
16:30 – 17:30: Closing session
