Taiwan Documentary Film Festival and ERCCT Taiwan Colloquium 2020/2021

Two upcoming events are being held by the ERCCT during the fall term:

One is the Taiwan Documentary Film Festival 2020, to take place from November 13 to 22, with a topical focus on Taiwan’s Indigenous People and their film making.

In addition to four documentaries that can be streamed free of charge, we have a lecture by Prof. Kerim Friedman on Monday, 16 Nov. 2020, 12:30 to 13:45 p.m. CET, and a Q&A session with Atayal Taiwanese “guest director” Pilin Yapu 比令亞布 on Friday, 20 Nov. 2020, 12:30 to 13:34 p.m. CET.

The other one is the ERCCT Taiwan Colloquium 2020/2021, a series of online guest talks and project presentations in pursuit of an understanding of Taiwan from a social, political and historical perspective. It is scheduled for Mondays, 12:30 to 13:45 p.m. CET.
